Division 2 Standings after Round 10



All four teams are already set for the playoffs with the final positions being decided this coming weekend. If Hustlers lose to Diamond this sunday, they will find themselves in 3rd position and would have to play D Diamond in West Palm Beach but that is only if both D Diamond and Breakaway win their respective last games as well.

A win for Hustlers will mean they top the group with homefield advantage.

    English, the math is simple....win baby and finish first and have a rematch with Diamond in the semi.....if we fall short, it gets complicated.....D'Diamond lose we host, Breakaway loose and D'Diamond win, it's a three way net run rate if we host....We loose and both Breakaway and D'Diamond win, we playing in WPB. I was able to arrange to get the next two weeks offs, provided I can still make the playing squad, definitely the drinking squad....lol..gonna cost me some beers with co-workers to switch days around..We had to ship guys out to Kentucky due to flooding and we working extra days....See ya at the yards sunday...Cheers!!!

      Worked at the Lottery for 9 yrs and couldn't figure it out...got frustrated and quit! work in progress though...will call u from my private island once I break the code!

    Word about town is that Diamond will throw the game against Hustlers this sunday and play them in the semi final as they see Hustlers as the weaker team out of the other 2. Is this true?

    Let them do what they want. If they feel the need to throw the game then that is their choice. The Hustler team knows to win a championship you will have to beat everybody and on any given day, anyone can beat anybody in this league.If we are the weaker team out of the 4 then we will prove that underdogs sometimes have the loudest bark.

      We may just do that and play all the rest of our squad players and rest all our usual players. The league will only get involved if a team gives an outright walkover which may result in a suspension.

    I don't believe in hearsay but, if that's their plan it's no wonder they never win any championships- both teams. Bunch of losers!!

    It's just a game, anybody can win on their day.

      Both WPB teams play with the wrong attitude. They will fight and cuss until they get their win and don't care about who they upset or act. These 2 teams hopefully get knock out and it is Hustler and Breakaway in the final. That will be a better game,

      The 2 WPB teams had a big prob when they played in the reg season game. People were out to do damages on each other all for a game of cricket.......Jokers

    Whatever Diamond decide to do then that is their choice. It is not in the spirit of the game to allow another team to win but having said that their plans may backfire on them at the Yard in the semi final.

    Walkovers, throwing games, for an easy passage to a final? You gotta be joking right? Any team can beat anyone in a semi.I hope Hustlers murder their ass

    Is this the same Diamond team who think by playing in the second division will bulldozed through to the finals, win there and jump back up to Div 1?

    Those thoughts must have changed when Guyana Heats and Breakaway show them where barley does grow..

      If they play each other then ambulance, police, and the army would be needed to be on standby.
