A few names i would try in the allstar squad. Joey Berbice, Denny Breakaway, Andy Berbice, Masood Diamond, Masters Benny Diamond, Ravi Hustler2. Masters lack bowling and no wicket keeper.
ReplyDeleteMasters maybe using English to keep even though he stopped keeping wickets for Hustler since last year. Who else they got?
ReplyDeletelooks like English will be fetching Holi water ..hahaha
DeleteEnglish get picked 2 times and both times carry water all weekend. Looks like they missed him last year and that is why he is back.
Delete....not missed him in the team last year.....missed him carrying water.
DeleteBRIT GETTING BIG STICK AGAIN ......WATCH AND SEE
DeleteBrit get promote this year. He'll will be carrying curry chicken around.
DeleteVery funny guys, Friday I will be carrying water and curry chicken, Sat I will be carrying chicken curry and water.lol
DeleteEnglish. You seem to have accepted 12 man duties already. If I were you I would let the management have a good cuss if that happens. Everybody who knows cricket in Florida know you should be in the 11. Nothing to argue about that.
DeleteI agree with slippa ...and let the your english willow do the talking..
DeleteJoey is a good call though.Top player for many years.
ReplyDeleteis joey picked? I don't him there..
DeleteJoey should be picked but once again not there.
DeleteTHE LEAGUE SHOULD SAVE MONEY AND MAKE THE CUP OPEN TO EVERYBODY. FIRST 8 TEAMS PAY MONEY AND REGISTER WILL PLAY. SALAAM ALAH KUM WASIM AKRAM.
ReplyDeleteis ravi old enough for Masters? if he is then why is he not playing for the league
ReplyDeleteRavi reached the correct age the same time when Obama moved into the White House. hahaha
DeleteBRIT CONFIRMED AS KEEPER FOR MASTERS TEAM. AT LEAST HE'S IN THE STARTING 11 THIS YEAR.
ReplyDeletewhat other keeper they got? he can't keep all the games.
DeleteHe can keep drinks all weekend. He has no problem with that task. haha
ReplyDeleteI think the league should use different players for the different cups in New York and Guyana. Its obvious that the team they keep selecting isn't doing anything for the past 3 years. The names on the list is known "Superstars" in SFSCL but are they any good when it comes to winning against anyone other than SFSCL teams? Suggestive players:
ReplyDeleteAndy(Fast bowling and great batsman) Berbice
Joey(Excellent bower with experience and great top order bats man)Berbice
Naresh(Batsman and keep) Berbice
Brian ( All rounder) Fivestar
Ryan( All rounder) Superkings
keeping kevin(hustlers), andy r(hustlers), kaiume(outlaws), imran(wildfire), anoop(outlaws)
and using some on the younger talents that south florida has.
Romel, Devanand, Mikey, tariq, rondell, javid, and theres more but the league fails to see it because "D1" players from Hustlers, united, and outlaws are majority on the team.
nothing wrong with selecting youth for the future but who is gonna pay them ticket to ny and guyana when these young stars cant even afford to buy their own clothes?
