Does anyone think the league website at SFSCL is informative?
All the league teams who play on sunday have until the following wednesday to submit their scoresheet otherwise they will incur a fine and a 1 point deduction for not following league guidelines. However, the league doesn't even keep the website current or up to date with positions in the league table or submitting scoresheets on the site in a timely fashion.
Why should the teams be made accountable for missing deadlines if the league administrators can't keep their own end up to date?
The main page has info still from the Florida Cup that finished over a month ago. Well done to the winners but now it is time to let the public know who is leading our Divisions in 1 & 2. Our league should have our news with updates every week. Maybe adding performances of the week could be highlighted on the home screen.
Either way our league website looks pretty sorry for itself when this avenue would be a great way of advertising our players in South Florida and promoting our league and matches to the viewing public.
What do the rest of you think?
The league site has always been bare of info. The people who is in charge of it need some training.

ReplyDeleteDC updates should be here as well. Whoever is suspended needs to be on the page until they serve their time. Wall of shame is a good idea.

ReplyDeleteWhoever is charge of the website for our league is doing what they can. Maybe the scores are coming in late or maybe they are busy to update straight away.
The website should be a priority for not only the teams but for anyone else who is interested in seeing what is happening in South Florida.
