ReplyDeleteWould the Hustlers 2 team broke up or would it be around for the next season? I heard players are leaving and the two guys who got left out in the finals are mad as hell.

ReplyDelete5star and now hustlers gone is $700 dollars less for the league. That 700 is for the trophy venue so it look like a tent will have to be put up in someone backyard end of year.

Trouble in Hustlers camp. Heard Cliff, Mike, Basil,Terry and the two fellas from Lehigh are leaving. Cliff, Mike and Basil to Vikings.

ReplyDeleteThat SFSCL DRAFT system is always in full pre season with players saying they are leaving, joining, retiring, drinking, rekindling their marriage etc.....
Once the first game is about to start, that's when you see who you really have or not, but until then let all the gossip gang chat away.

Sad to hear you guys will break up. I always have respect for the Hustlers 2 players. The team normally have so much fun after they finish a game. You guys should keep a meeting, talk it over and stick together.

Criteria for Hustlers 2 membership for any new players:
Delete1. Numerous intake of alcoholic beverages
2. Able to stay out past the 9pm curfew
3. Not bothered about playing at the Yard
4. Willing to drive to local store for top ups
5. Deep pockets for beer/drinks fund
6. Holding a bat using the handle
7. Bowling between all 4 stumps
8. Catching at least 1 out of 10
9. Expertise in making sunday morning hangover soup
10. Able to think on their feet when slightly drunk.
If you can say yes to at least 2 of these then you are more than welcome to join.

Some players need to remind themselves when they volunteer to sit out before the game, they can't then decide to create problems after the game if the team lose as to why they didn't play.
Sitting around afterwards upset made you look stupid. GROW UP OR GET OUT.
There is more to life than playing cricket !!!

ReplyDeleteThe skipper made a big blunder when fielding. He bowled the wrong bowler from Lehigh. The one he bowled didn't have a good day and went for around 50 runs off 4. He should of stayed with the other.
Mr slipman I was the only one bowl bad that day and I bowl 5 overs not 4 do your maths better. Even I bowl some bad ball I bowl some good one too 4 drop catch off my bowling mahese and nasdin that two wicket make the different so please don't point finger. From Mukesh.
DeleteSince Basil and Cliff are wounded, down right now, and will leave, it is a good chance for the other players to move in for the kill. By using this present opportunity to break away all ties from Hustlers 1 and chance the team name. You guys might not have a next chance like this to break from Hustlers 1 because the two can decide to change their mind later and stay.
