And that's about it.

The second game saw Hustlers 2 take on Lehigh Indians in what turned out to be a thriller of a game.
The Hustlers players were already sore from the early fixture and only had 9 players to play the game.

The second 12 overs saw Hustlers pile up the runs as they amassed 215  with Chris 75, Ravi 71 not out and Debbie 24 the main contributors.

Lehigh started well and were soon hitting boundaries and went to their own break at an impressive 131 for 1. Chief batsmen for Lehigh were Jamal 68 and Omarnauth Churaman 57.The next 12 overs saw Hustlers get important wickets when needed and managed to win by 14 runs in a close contest as the Lehigh impressive run chase fizzled out. Cliff was the standout bowler with 3 wickets for 10 runs who changed the game in H2 favour with his unorthodox leg spin round arm doosra carrum ball pelts.

  1. Good job Hustlers with the double games.
What are your ambitions in the playoffs this week?

  2. Our first ambition is to see if we can get 11 players out for the playoff game. The second is to see if we can collect enough money for 3 coolers to be filled up.

    1. Another ambition we hear is Immy is working on holding the ball across the seam with the shiny side pointing away to get extra swing action towards the turnpike fence next game.....He is getting fed up of watching his 98mph deliveries speed away at 110mph off most batsmen's bat thesedays.

    1. I think it was a combination of both.....mojo and tiredness usually go well together......and his case his mojo is still performing like a 16 year old year as he keeps reminding us every sunday. lol
