SFSCL Awards Night
The SFSCL had it's annual awards night this weekend with the Hustlers 2 playing members attending.
The winners of various awards were Ravi, Johnno, Basil, Retesh, King, Mike, and Chris who all accomplished varying outstanding performances on the cricket field for the 2014 year and were awarded with some excellent trophies to recognise their achievements.
We would like to congratulate the SFSCL execs for putting on a great Presentation night as many drinks were downed all night and plentiful of stories being told. It went down as a great success for the SFSCL as players from all the sides caught up with each other and enjoyed the festivities.
Next week it is back to league action with H2 meeting Krishanr CC.

What happen Brit, your boy Terry did not won a trophy?
ReplyDeleteMany thanks to the league. It was a wonderful presentation and dance. One of the best so far.
ReplyDeleteI agree it was a great night. The venue was large enough for all the teams and with also a big bar and plenty of parking spots outside.
DeleteThe execs should be applauded for the venue and awards night that went well without any dramas.
It was a shame that only and handful of the H2 team attended.
Kudos to the League. Way to go. keep up the good work.
Deletelook trophy deh bai, all dah hustler2 wan?
ReplyDeleteWho for H2 won trophies and for what?
ReplyDeleteIf you look down the right hand side of this page you will see all the trophy winners.
DeleteThe only one missing is Johnno got one for top wicket keeper.
Ravi missed out on a couple of trophies. The 50 one that he scored against Warriors in Div 1 summer season was not recognized as no scoresheet was submitted by Warriors(no $50 fine either by the league). The other 50 trophy may have got lost with all the drinking going on at the awards night.
DeleteTop wicket keeper? lol
DeleteThere was a trophy award for most run outs presented as well.....haha
Deletepost master, with all the trophies give out, who won the best dancer competition?
DeleteThe best dancer went to MJ lookalike Amar.....
DeleteDamn boy! Why Warriors didn't submit the score-sheet and why weren't they fined? Or because he's in authority?
ReplyDeleteCouple seasons ago our team got fined two times with points taken away of which we didn't have. Unfair rules only applied to certain teams.
Maybe we could come up with our own fun H2 awards ceremony.
ReplyDelete1. Most dropped catches
2. Most beers drunk in one sunday.
3. Most sixes hit off your own bowling.
4. How many balls got lost at the Yard in one innings.
5. Who ate the most food after the game.
Any others categories to add?
